Shipping policy

Although most packages are shipped within 10 business days, please allow up to 14 days for processing.  Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking to start to work once a shipping notification is emailed. 

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subjected to returned shipping fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and will not return or replace items. Any questions regarding tracking of your package should be directed to your local post office as we have no control over shipments once they are out of our hands.
